H&M Photography was started by husband and wife, Harith & Mayada Hakkak, in 2004 out of a passion for photography.
Harith has been hobbyist photographer for a number of years, after falling in love with the idea of capturing a moment in a single shot. Harith pursued his new found passion for photography under the tutelage of one of New Zealand’s top photographers, Brian Curtis, after which he decided to start H&M Photography with his wife, Mayada.
Mayada, a career photographer, is a Visual Arts graduate from Auckland University, currently working professionally as a classical portrait photographer.
Harith and Mayada love weddings and capturing the moments of joy, tears of happiness, and the coming together of friends and family to celebrate the love and union of a couple in love.
I pride my self when I say that I have enjoyed being in all the weddings I have documented and I look forward to being in many more to come
